“Christmas Angels” is an hour-long celebration of the season featuring performances by youth choirs and drama groups from around America. Local congregations in the United Church of Christ (UCC), Lutheran, Disciples of Christ and Episcopal churches submitted videos for consideration. The UCC has submitted the show to NBC and it is available to all NBC affiliate stations nationwide to run during their Christmas programming Dec. 24 and 25. “It’s up to the local stations to decide if they will air the show or not,” says Jean Robinson, the UCC’s video production manager. For the gallery stroll on Friday night, December 3rd, there will be hundreds of nativity scenes on display in the sanctuary. The exhibit is open from 6-9 p.m. If you have any nativities you would like to show please have them at the church by 4 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
