New Jerusalem Church Dedication
On Saturday morning our Samoan sister church is dedicating their new church building in Midvale. For those who want to got please gather at our church for carpooling at 8 am. Here is the invite:
Greetings in the joy and love of our Lord Jesus Christ! After eight long years, of prayer, planning, discussion, and hard working, the Samoan Congregational New Jerusalem UCC have its own Church House purchased on June 1st, 2011, and the renovation project is now complete! We give thanks to our Lord for His Love, mercy, guidance and providence, and also give thanks to our dear Brothers and Sisters’ faithful service in Him. It is our great pleasure to cordially invite you to attend the SCNJUCC building dedication services on Saturday morning, October 29, 2011 at 9 o’clock. Trick or Treat
There will be a couple of opportunities to trick-or-treat at Provo Community United Church of Christ:
On Sunday, October 30th, there will be a Halloween pot luck after church. Attention all kids there will be trick or treating. Please bring your costumes.
On Monday, October 31st, from 3-6 the downtown alliance will sponsor safe trick-or-treating. Bring the family to Center Street and University Avenue to enjoy safe trick-or-treating fun!
Please don’t forget our Halloween Cruise on Tuesday, October 25th!
