United Campus Ministry
Our Campus Ministry is still alive and starting all over this fall semester. Tomorrow, Wednesday Sept 9, and the day after that, Thursday Sept 10, we will once again share a booth with the “Interfaith Student Association” using the UVU Club Rush as an opportunity to reach out to those interested in a mainline Protestant group for UVU students. So far our plans for Fall 09 include:
September 25th at noon in courtyard: Opening Social “Let’s get to know each other!”
October 30th at noon: Reformation Day “Let’s celebrate Halloween!”
November 20th at noon: Thanksgiving Gathering “Let’s give thanks to the Lord!”
December 11th at noon: Christmas Celebration “Cookies, carols, and candlelight”
The Sept 25 Opening Social is going to be our first official meeting of the new semester with free pizza! Everybody is welcome and we are excited to meet new people. We may share our faith journeys and talk about what we want to accomplish as a group. Oh, did I mention: there is free pizza!
