Music
“Qui cantat, bis orat” (he that sings, prays twice.) St. Augustine
Music is an integral part of our worship service. We sing and praise together throughout our meetings. This practice fosters a spirit of worship and praise to God as well as unity among our congregation.
Our Church has a choir that performs regularly for services and special occasions. The choir is composed of regular members of the church, with no professional training in music, but with a firm desire to praise God. We invite everybody to join our choir practices are on Sundays at 9:30 AM in our Sanctuary. The Choir is conducted by the Organist and Music Director, Felipe Dominguez, and by Peg Wyngarden.
Our church owns a very fine Rodgers Organ. The two manual instrument is voiced and equalized to fit the acoustics of the Sanctuary. This fine instrument praises God every Sunday during our regular services and on special occasions. The Organist is Felipe Dominguez.
